For your comfort, we also suggest packing your own clothing, toiletries, and personal essentials, including the following: For facial or neck procedures: Please bring nightgowns with wide head and neck openings, as well as button-up pajamas. These styles help prevent disruption to surgical dressings. For breast or abdominal procedures: Loose-fitting nightgowns or nightshirts with a front opening (zip-up or button-up) are ideal. These garments allow our care team to assist you comfortably while supporting a restful recovery. For privacy during transportation: Female guests may wish to bring headscarves or large floppy hats for discretion when traveling to and from follow-up appointments. For all guests, regardless of procedure: Please bring comfortable clothing such as a zip-up tracksuit or jogging suit, along with additional lounge or recovery wear. Yes! On the morning of surgery, our team will provide transportation to your surgical center. After your procedure, we will pick you up and bring you back to Luxe Serenity for your recovery. The rate of $850 includes round-trip transportation to and from your surgery, as well as one meal, provided in accordance with your doctor’s pre-operative dietary restrictions and cut-off times.

Absolutely. Our dedicated in-house chef prepares meals tailored to a wide range of dietary needs and personal preferences. Please inform our team of any dietary restrictions at the time of booking so we can plan accordingly. We are also able to accommodate halal and kosher meal requirements.

Guests are welcome to receive visitors during designated visiting hours from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM, allowing you to enjoy connection while still prioritizing rest and recovery. If you would like a loved one to stay with you during your recovery, we’re happy to help make those arrangements. Please let us know prior to your arrival so we can prepare accordingly. A rollaway bed may be added to your suite for an additional $350 per night, per guest, which includes two meals a day. For guests who prefer their own private room on the property, Luxe Serenity will offer a 20% savings off the best available rate (BAR) at Luxe Sunset Boulevard Hotel, based on availability. Yes. With your doctor’s approval, our care team can gently wash your hair and dry it using cool settings. Please note that hair styling services are not included.

To ensure we can provide the highest level of care and availability for all guests, Luxe Serenity maintains a 72-hour cancellation policy. If your procedure is postponed within 24 hours of your stay because you are not medically cleared for surgery, a doctor’s note is required. In this case, your deposit will be retained and applied toward a future stay. Our team will gladly coordinate with your surgeon’s office to reschedule your visit for a new date that works for your recovery timeline. Do You Require a Deposit at the Time of Booking? Yes. At the time of booking, we require a deposit equal to one night’s stay in your selected room category. This deposit will be applied toward your total balance, regardless of the length of your stay.
